Thank you for supporting Mission Minutes.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have been opened or used.
Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products purchased by mistake
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective upon arrival)
